GO GIANTS!

GO GIANTS! Isaiah's football team took the 1st place trophy after last night's game! They went the entire season undefeated!

We will play the 2nd place team on Saturday in the Jubilee games. My DS is actually excited about this game, it is going to be at our local High School football field.

Giants 22 vs. Bulldogs 0
Giants 44 vs. Wild Cats 0
Vikings 0 vs. Giants 30
War Eagles 0 vs. Giants 32
Bulldogs 6 vs. Giants 41
Giants 25 vs. Vikings 6
Giants 20 vs. War Eagles 0

Something that I have learned this season about parents of football players : Some are wonderful, supportive and fun to cheer with. They will cheer no matter what team scores. They are always the first ones to say "Good Game" to the opposing team. Others are rude, hateful jerks! I have seen adults betting on 9 and 10 yr old kids' games, and I have heard parents run children that are not their own into the mud. I watched one father scream at his son because his team lost. DH and I are the first type of parents, we cheer no matter who scores. Before our team takes the field I make it a point to tell them "Good luck" and "Win or lose just have fun".
